Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you should be dissatisfied with any items ordered from Buttermilk Hill, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and notify us of your concerns. We will work with you to arrange for return or exchange of your order to its vendor as well as any appropriate refund.

Please note that almost all of our products are crafted by hand, and many use natural materials. As a result, each item is one-of-a-kind and slightly unique, adding to the beauty of your handcrafted items.

Methods of Payment

We currently accept major credit cards as well as Paypal. We also accept personal checks and money orders via mail. Your payment must be received and must clear our bank account before your order will be shipped. Please note that any customers whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $25 to cover our bank's charges.
